About AMG HandPunch Time and Attendance Software Package:

AMG Attendance System is a user-friendly, flexible and full featured employee management tool which allows controlling your employees’ attendance by automating timekeeping and attendance tracking. It captures data from electronic data terminals such as Badge Readers, Fingerprints, Biometric Hand Punches which includes the HandPunch HP3000E XL and simultaneously allows optional PC entry. Based on those IN and OUT punches polled from the devices, it automatically calculates employees’ working time and wages.

Break Compliant HandPunch Line

Schlage is pleased to announce our new line of readers that is now capable of complying with labor "break" laws that have been adopted by more than 20 states. These labor laws are in place to regulate on-the-job meals and breaks for employees. When integrated with the AMG Employee Attendance Software, the Schlage HandPunch HP3000E XL "Break Compliance" capability will make it possible for employers to comply with laws relating to meals and breaks, avoiding potential fines and lawsuits. To ensure each employee takes a full 30 minutes of lunch or 10 minutes of break periods the Break compliant HandPunch HP3000E XL will reject the employee from clocking back to work before the full duration has expired.

Hand Geometry Technology

The HandPunch HP3000E XL uses Schlage’s field-proven hand geometry biometric technology. The terminal captures an image of the hand each time the employee punches. The hand’s size and the shape are used to verify their identity with unparalleled accuracy. No fingerprints or palm prints are utilized. The technology works well indoor as well as in harsh environments.

Programmable Data Management Keys

The HandPunch HP3000E XL has two user-definable data management keys that let you collect data as employees punch. Common uses include department transfers, tips collected, job codes, or pay codes.

Antimicrobial Protection

The HandPunch HP3000E XL biometric hand reader contains a silver-based anti-microbial agent-which is embedded into the materials used to produce the platen, providing a finish that inhibits the growth of a broad spectrum of bacteria, mold, and fungi and remains active for the life of the HandPunch.

Hand Outline

The HandPunch HP3000E XL comes standard with a blue hand outline printed on the platen. This hand outline helps new users place their hand accurately on the platen thus decreasing initial enrollment time and better enrollment quality. It also includes the Ingersoll Rand Schlage Biometrics logo.

Is a Client-Server application.
Has a user-friendly Configuration Wizard which navigates the users through the process of settings configuration, by giving step-by-step instructions and showing the right order of configuring system’s settings.
Has a Comprehensive Reporting System, which includes more than 30 reports, each of which is being generated within seconds. Generated reports can also be printed, saved as different file types and automatically be sent to any e-mail recipients.
